Practice for Wednesday, Oct. 19

We are on our regular practice schedule today. The pool is warm, but swimmers should be prepared to dress warmly before and after practice. For Yellow Group swimmers, there are two choices for practice today: Practice at Pinnacle 3:30-5:30 (regular schedule) Practice at Transylvania University, 7:00-8:00 pm (later, but warmer)

No Practice Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 17 & 18

The tent is going up this week, so there will be no practice on Monday or Tuesday for White, Yellow or Red groups. Blue group will practice on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 5:00-6:30 AM or 5:30-7:00 AM.
