Stroke School Date Change

Our next session of Stroke School, that was to begin on Sunday, January 8 will begin on Sunday, January 15. This will be a 5 week session instead of 6 weeks and the price will be reduced to $55. At this point, we are still enrolling swimmers in both Level 1 and Level 2. The registration form can be found under the Parent tab of our website. Registration fee (registration covers all sessions for the year), session fee and forms can be mailed to P.O. Box 23231 Lexington 40524.

Thanksgiving Week Practice Schedule

With school out starting Wednesday we have made some changes to the practice schedule for the week of

Nov. 21 – 26. Below are the changes:

Monday (Nov. 21) - NORMAL

Tuesday (Nov. 22) – NORMAL

Wednesday (Nov. 23) -

Blue Group - 12:00pm to 2:00pm
Red Group - 2:00pm to 3:30pm
Yellow Group - 3:30pm to 5:00pm
White Group- can come to the first hour of yellow group practice

Thursday (Nov. 24)- NO PRACTICE

Friday (Nov. 25)- Blue Group Only - 10:00am to 12:00pm

Saturday (Nov. 26) – NORMAL, White Group – 11:30am to 12:30pm
