Dolphin Update

Great Job Swimmers!

It was a great long course season for all of our Dolphins!  Congrats to everyone from our 8-unders to our Olympic Trial swimmers!  Dolphins truly exemplifies the wide range of abilities that exist in swimming, and all of the coaches know that every swimmer is an important and unique part of our team! 

General Update

The team will be swimming at the Pinnacle Pool this fall, which looks to be a great location for us.  The tent company is scheduled to begin set up on September 6, but it will be a bit slower this year with the move to a new location.  A date for the first practice will be posted as soon as we know we are set to officially “occupy” the tent.  A huge thanks to Jim Blackwell for coordinating the set-up efforts! 

Urgent Bingo Captains’ Meeting

There will be a very important captains’ meeting on Wednesday at 5:45pm.  It will be over in time to get to Shillito for pick-up.  There are some important paperwork changes to address.  All captains need to be there if at all possible.

New Family Meeting

There will be a meeting for all parents new to Dolphins this Sunday at 4pm at the Pinnacle clubhouse.  The returning parent meeting will be at a later date.  If you know someone who has registered with the team, please double check that they know about the meeting.

Registration Fees

Although your 2008-2009 registration fee checks have been cashed, they have not yet been posted to your accounts.  They will show on your September statements.  Please make sure all balances are paid in full by August 25.  No swimmers will be registered for the fall if their account is not current. 

And They’re Off....

Our graduating seniors have started heading off to college.  Good luck Seth, Tyler, Clayton, Shady, and Colleen as you start the next phase of your life!
